Silver and Wine Macrame Hanging

I made this lovely wall hanging a while back and wanted to share! I loved the silver and wine colored cords and they went perfectly together. This was my first macrame project and I learned so much while working on it. It ended up going to my brother after it was finished and he loved it!

I have some of the cord left as well to make one for myself. Heh. I used three metal hoops, 7” and two 3”, to hold the shape. Now that Christmas season is over I finally have some time to make something for myself instead of a ton of gifts. My project backlog is long but macrame is definitely on the list!
