Meadow Flowers Quilt

This lovely quilt was very different than my usual modern/bright quilts I make. This was specifically chosen for my grandma, who loves more simple and homey things. I loved the beautiful colors and the floral prints on this one. It felt so relaxing while making it as the colors all blended together into this meadow of flowers.

The free motion quilting was also done in a very simple meander and a swirl for the borders. The flowers had a few loops to shape the petals and leaves. All together I think it came out beautifully and I can’t wait for my grandma to use it!
